We all know of a golf fanatic or two. In fact, we might even be one. It’s perfectly normal to be passionate about golf. It’s a great game and for many becomes a life long hobby. As with everything, we know moderation is the key to a healthy balanced life…that includes golf.

Unfortunately, there are always those that take it too far. You know who I’m talking about. If you don’t know who I’m referring to that person might be you. So, I’ve put a few signs together that could help to see if you or someone you know is a golf addict. Here we go…

• You can’t help but to sharpen all your pencils to roughly the length of your index finger.
• You’ve considered golfing in a hurricane because “Man, that tailwind would add an easy 50 yards to my drive!”
• You skipped out on family functions to get a round in and said you had to work.
• Your work attire is golf attire and you’ve even wore golf shoes to the office.
• You have a bumper sticker on your car that says “I’d rather be driving a (insert favorite driver brand)”.

Not to worry, you’re not alone. With a little counseling and support from loved ones we can have you back to the normal hack you once were. I know, I know; “How did I get to this point?” right? One day at a time. You’ll be ok.
